Ownership: Partnership Split

When a partnership dissolves, we may not be able to transfer the previous experience to one partner.;

When a partnership dissolves, we may not be able to transfer the previous experience to one partner. Here's an example situation:

    • A company splits its assets equally between the 2 partners.
    • Two new companies were formed which are now owned individually by each former partner.
    • The prior experience cannot be separated.

If the prior experience of the partnership cannot be split, it is not transferred. That is, neither partner gets the experience carried over to its new solely owned operation and both new entities start with a unity (1.00) mod.
